Hello everyone!

When I came across these denim joggers in Zara at the Hong Kong airport, I grabbed them off the rack without even thinking twice. I mean, hello elasticated joggers made from denim!

Easily paired, I decided to tax my husbands top and beanie to create the perfect street/off-duty look. Indeed it’s far more casual than most of the looks on my blog, although I can assure it’s also the most comfortable outfit I’ve sported. I just wish the joggers came in different colours.

Hello babes

Thanks for dropping by my blog for a read and view. So what are your thoughts on women in mens clothing? I have always been one to borrow my husbands clothes and more so recently which could be a sign that I am just about officially over this no shopping saga.

I believe, as women, you can and have the ability to make mens clothing look sexy and feminine if not edgy. Today, I decided to give his shirt a cropped look by tucking the sleeves and back into the straps of my bra. It’s a clever concept and stays put without the use of any pins. Hubs did however say to me today “do you think people realise you are wearing a mens shirt?”. I responded with “not sure but I have sexified it a little”. If I hadn’t mentioned that this grey t-shirt was mens, could you tell?

When I saw this snapback on I had to have it!

Today is the perfect example of me expressing my weekend street-style but I am dying to show you just what I can do with “his” clothing on an average work day….post to come on that.

Thanks so much for reading and have a wonderful weekend.

Love, Sovanny xx

Happy Tuesday everyone!

This week I’m sticking with the theme of wearing my oldest clothes. Yesterday is was my plaid dress from Cue and today it’s my decade old denim biker jacket from Bardot.

There was once upon a time where I was going to just get rid of the jacket but I don’t know what possessed me to hang on to it. Nevertheless I made the right decision because it looks awesome, washes well and luckily enough always on trend. Today I have aimed for a casual look pairing it with skinny cargos and boots. It’s nothing revolutionary but the point here is you don’t need new clothes to look fashionable.

Thanks for the drop by. Xx

Black on black on black isn’t foreign to me, however layering chains is. I absolutely love this concept. Not only does it break up all the black I am wearing, it also provides a more edgy punk look. I can’t wait to layer these chains with a more casual outfit.

Thanks for reading and hope you are having a great week so far.

Good morning

Layering up in the cooler months is fun especially when you have a wardrobe full of coats. What I admire about this trench coat are the pleats. Just adorable and I believe that I could get away with wearing it as a dress too.

As always thanks for coming by.
